California Design Den is pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders to address in 48 Contiguous United States. Most purchases ship within 2 business days. You may also choose Priority shipping for an additional charge.

 

Please note, all items purchased from California Design Den are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

At California Design Den, customer satisfaction is our top priority! We want you to love your new bedding and enjoy a naturally healthy and comfortable life. If you change your mind after your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days or purchase date.

Refund Process:

 

Eligibility:

 

  • Products must be unopened and in their original retail packaging.
  • Returns will be inspected to ensure the items are unopened and not unsellable by the 3rd party reverse logicstis warehouse facility.

 

Refund:

 

  • If the item is found to be opened or unsellable, the refund will be processed to your orginal form of payment. A $5 handling fee per unit and return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

 

Exclusions:

 

  • Towels, comforters, blankets, and quilts are non-returnable.
  • Open Box or any final sale marked products will be considered final sale.

 

Damaged or Defective Products:

 

  • If the product arrives damaged or is defective, please email us a photo of the product within 30 days of the receipt of the product, along with your order details and we’ll exchange it for a new one at no extra cost.
