Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is available for an additional fee.
Most orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1 - 2 business days, and arrive between 3 - 5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the necessary carrier and tracking information. You can also check your order status here.
Our priority is customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept any item, as long as the product and the return window adhere to our return policy, outlined below.
Our Return Policy
- All returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery.
- All refunds must be issued to the original form of payment.
- The following items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances: mattress pads, mattress protectors, mattress toppers, and any items marked as “Open Box” or “Final Sale.”
- Our 60-day return policy applies only to purchases made directly on our website. For products purchased through other marketplaces, their respective return and exchange policies will apply.
Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 5 - 8 business days for your refund to be issued.

We do not currently offer exchanges for color, size, or material. If you’d like a different option, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original purchase through our return portal.

We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the 60-day return period. We’ll gladly replace the product you originally purchased at no additional cost.
